Returns & Exchanges

Accessories: We accept returns on accessories within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

Skincare & Hygiene Products: Due to the nature of our products and for the safety and hygiene of all our customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any skincare, cosmetics, or personal hygiene items. This includes all liquids, creams, and tools used directly on the skin.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the product. We will work quickly to send a replacement or issue a refund.
